This is exactly what we needed. Before, we were copying data between 3 tools constantly. Now everything is in one place and we can find leads by what we talked about.

That gap is the work still done by hand.

Three steps, then it runs.

You decide what runs on its own and what waits for your team's OK.

A first result within 7 days, then the job gets done every day while your team approves.

One person, from the first call until your team uses it.

Ten years in sales and business development came first. It shapes what I recommend, and what I recommend against.

I build with AI agents, and every check and every decision that can't be undone stays with me. When a job needs more people, I bring them in and stay responsible.

More about me

Before you book.

Does it replace our people?

No. It takes the sorting and first drafts off their plate, so the same team can handle more. Your people approve and decide.

Does it send anything on its own?

Only what you decide. At first it drafts, and a person on your team approves everything before it goes out. It takes on more when you say so.

Where does our data go?

Where you decide: your servers, a dedicated server, or a cloud account in your name. You also decide whether it is ever used to train a model.

Will it work with our tools?

It connects through each tool's own connection, with access limited to what it needs. The AI Roadmap confirms what your tools allow before you pay for a setup.

How much cleanup do we need first?

Very little. The AI Roadmap works from your real emails or tickets as they are. Rules that only live in someone's head get written down during the setup.

Why not ChatGPT or a cheap chatbot?

For answers from your website, a chatbot is the better buy, and I'll tell you so. I set up the work around the answers: sorting, drafting into your systems, and a person approving.

What does it cost, and what if it doesn't work?

The AI Roadmap is a fixed $999 for one week, with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and it counts toward a setup signed within 30 days. A setup is a fixed price from $2,500, then a monthly fee of less than a third of what the job costs today. By month 3 the work done is worth more than the fee, or you don't pay the fee until it is.

Who owns it if we stop?

You do. Once the setup is paid, what was built is yours to keep, and it stays in your accounts if you stop the monthly service.
